This sculpture was originally created from a broken plaster dog I found on the street and transformed into a tribute to my dog **Bali**, who passed away from heartworm disease. The first piece began in fragments, and rebuilding it became a symbol of healing and renewal.
I used **recycled electrical wires** to represent the worms that affected his heart, turning something painful into a meaningful artistic element. I also incorporated pieces of a **recycled children’s foam play mat**, painted pink to symbolize Bali’s transformation into pure love after his passing.
The **original sculpture is no longer available**, but it can be **reproduced on request**.
Each new version is handcrafted and unique, made with the same recycled materials, symbolism, and emotional intention.
A meaningful piece for collectors who appreciate emotional storytelling, sustainability, and one-of-a-kind art.
